I’m Lior, and I started Big Boy Builders because I was tired of seeing homeowners get passed between a designer, a contractor, and a project manager who never talked to each other. We run design and construction as one team, and I’m personally on site checking the work — not just at kickoff.

We walk the property together, talk through what you want, and get a feel for scope before anything is put on paper.

We turn that conversation into drawings and a real scope of work, so you know what you're building before we build it.

Permits
We handle the permitting process with the city so you don't have to learn it yourself.

Build
One team, managed start to finish — Lior is on site checking the work personally, not just at kickoff.

Walkthrough
We walk the finished space together and don't consider the job done until you're happy with it.
