The owners had an unused garage and wanted to turn it into a rentable ADU — real income from space that was otherwise going to waste.
We converted the garage into a fully finished 800-square-foot ADU: a new kitchen with white shaker cabinets and 1.5 bathrooms added, completely updated from what was there before.
The finished unit rents out above market rate for the area. The ADU turned an empty garage into real, ongoing income.
