Fire Rebuild & Insurance Restoration
Rebuilding after a fire is different from a typical remodel — there's an insurance claim, a timeline that matters more than usual, and a family that needs to get back into their home.
We work directly with homeowners and their insurance process to rebuild efficiently, without cutting corners on the things that matter.

Our process
- 01
Consult
We walk the property together, talk through what you want, and get a feel for scope before anything is put on paper.
- 02
Design
We turn that conversation into drawings and a real scope of work, so you know what you're building before we build it.
- 03
Permits
We handle the permitting process with the city so you don't have to learn it yourself.
- 04
Build
One team, managed start to finish — Lior is on site checking the work personally, not just at kickoff.
- 05
Walkthrough
We walk the finished space together and don't consider the job done until you're happy with it.
FAQ
- Do you work directly with my insurance company?
- Yes — we coordinate directly with homeowners and their insurance process so the rebuild scope lines up with what's covered, rather than you managing that back-and-forth yourself.
- How is a fire rebuild different from a normal remodel?
- There's an insurance claim involved, a timeline that usually matters more (getting a family back into their home), and often more structural work if the damage went beyond the surface.
- Is the cost different for a partial vs. full rebuild?
- Yes — a full rebuild from the foundation up is structurally closer to new construction than a remodel, and costs more accordingly. The estimator asks which applies to your situation.
- What's not covered in the estimate?
- Same as our other project types — labor and basic materials are included, but finish materials, fixtures, appliances, and permit/architect fees are not.
