Kitchen & Bath Remodeling

Kitchens and bathrooms are where most remodels start, and where the details matter most: layout, storage, lighting, and how the finishes actually hold up day to day.

We handle everything from a cosmetic refresh to a full gut — demo, framing, rough electrical and plumbing, tile, cabinetry, and finish work — as one team, so you're not managing five different trades yourself.

Our process

  1. 01

    Consult

We walk the property together, talk through what you want, and get a feel for scope before anything is put on paper.

  2. 02

    Design

We turn that conversation into drawings and a real scope of work, so you know what you're building before we build it.

  3. 03

    Permits

We handle the permitting process with the city so you don't have to learn it yourself.

  4. 04

    Build

One team, managed start to finish — Lior is on site checking the work personally, not just at kickoff.

  5. 05

    Walkthrough

We walk the finished space together and don't consider the job done until you're happy with it.

FAQ

How long does a kitchen or bathroom remodel take?
A full kitchen gut typically runs 6-9 weeks; a bathroom (or two combined) usually runs 8-10 weeks. Timeline depends on scope, material lead times, and whether we're moving plumbing or electrical.
What's included in the estimate, and what isn't?
The estimate covers labor plus basic materials — demo, framing, rough and finish electrical/plumbing, tile labor, and installation. It doesn't include finish materials like tile, countertops, cabinets beyond what's specified, fixtures, or appliances — you'll source those, or we can help you find them.
Do I need a permit for a kitchen or bathroom remodel?
If you're moving plumbing, electrical, or load-bearing walls, yes — LA requires permits for that scope. A cosmetic refresh (new cabinets/countertops without moving anything) often doesn't. We handle permit filing either way.
Can I stay in my home during the remodel?
For a single kitchen or bathroom, most homeowners stay in the house — you'll just be without that room for the duration. If it's your only bathroom, we'll talk through options before we start.
