Full Home Remodeling
Full home remodels are the most involved projects we take on: new foundations, full re-framing, additions, and every trade working off the same plan.
Our Beverlywood project is a good example — new footings, full framing including stairs, a new kitchen, two renovated bathrooms, and a complete stucco re-do, managed as one job instead of a string of separate contractors.

Our process
- 01
Consult
We walk the property together, talk through what you want, and get a feel for scope before anything is put on paper.
- 02
Design
We turn that conversation into drawings and a real scope of work, so you know what you're building before we build it.
- 03
Permits
We handle the permitting process with the city so you don't have to learn it yourself.
- 04
Build
One team, managed start to finish — Lior is on site checking the work personally, not just at kickoff.
- 05
Walkthrough
We walk the finished space together and don't consider the job done until you're happy with it.
FAQ
- What counts as a "full home remodel" vs. a smaller project?
- If you're touching multiple rooms, doing structural work (new framing, foundation footings, additions), or redoing systems throughout the house, it's a full remodel. Our Beverlywood project is a good example — new footings, full framing including stairs, a new kitchen, two bathrooms, and a complete stucco re-do, all as one job.
- How long does a full remodel take?
- Structural-level full remodels typically run 6-9 months, depending on scope and whether there's an addition involved.
- Can you add square footage as part of a full remodel?
- Yes — additions are common in this category. The estimator has a specific option for a full gut plus an addition, since that adds real cost beyond a standard full gut.
- Do you manage the whole project, or do I need to coordinate separate trades?
- One team, start to finish — framing, electrical, plumbing, tile, cabinetry, paint, and finish work, all managed by us instead of a string of separate contractors.
